Contributions are not tax deductible. Vu Trinh for SF District Attorney 2011 may accept contributions of up to $500.00 from individuals, PACs and non-incorporated business entities; we may not accept contributions from corporations, whether for profit or not. We may not deposit your check, accept funds from your PayPal account, or charge your credit card payment without your name, employer, occupation, street address (no PO Box addresses), and may not accept cash, cashiers' checks or money orders. We do not give change for any contributions. All contributions must be provided in exact amounts. We do not accept contributions from foreign nationals who lack permanent residences in the United States. We do not accept contributions from persons who are negotiating contracts subject to approval by the San Francisco District Attorney's Office, including those persons who have received such a San Francisco City contract within the last six months, or from the directors, officers or owners of companies who have received or negotiated such contracts.

Spouses and domestic partners may each contribute the maximum $500.00, even if an account is controlled by the same person, as long as each partner or spouse signs the check or credit card authorization form. A business and its owner, partnerships with the same general partner, and other affiliated entities are subject to a single, combined limit of $500.00. We may not accept contributions which have been reimbursed by another person unless you inform us of the true source of the contribution. Contributors may only contribute a combined total of $1,500.00 to all Mayoral, District Attorney, and Sheriff candidates running in the November 2011 election.
